Webdigital Works provides website design, development, and ongoing updates to businesses. Our team ensures that the websites we create are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

2. No Refunds Policy

All sales of our design and development services are final. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered, including cases where the client is not satisfied with the design. However, we are committed to client satisfaction, and we will make revisions to the design without any additional charges until the client is satisfied.

3. Revisions and Updates

If the client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the design, Webdigital Works will provide revisions free of charge. We are dedicated to working with the client until the desired outcome is achieved, without imposing additional fees.

4. Ongoing Updates

Once a website is live, we provide ongoing updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. These updates are included as part of our service offering, and clients will not incur additional costs for these services unless otherwise specified for new major features or redesigns.

5. Hosting Charges

Web hosting is provided for the first year of service. Starting from the second year, ongoing hosting charges will be £225 plus VAT per year, which covers web hosting, ongoing updates, and technical support.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all content, images, and other materials needed for the design and development of their website in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may result in delays in project completion.

7. Ownership and Rights

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the website design, excluding any third-party tools or plugins, which will be subject to their own licensing agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Webdigital Works will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website design and services. This includes, but is not limited to, website downtime, errors, or data loss.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UK.

10. Modifications to Terms

Webdigital Works reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
